DéKOR STUDIO – CUSTOMER ORDER TERMS & POLICY

1. Order Confirmation Terms

  • Orders will be processed only after 100% advance payment is received.

  • Customers must finalize fabric, design, and measurements before placing an order. No changes will be accepted once the order is confirmed.

  • A formal invoice & order confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp/Email after full payment.

2. Order Milestones & Updates

  • Order Processing: Begins after confirmation and full payment.

  • Production Stage: Estimated time will be communicated, usually between 7-15 days depending on the complexity of the order.

  • Dispatch & Delivery: Customers will be notified once the order is ready for dispatch.

3. Communication Policy

  • Customers will receive order updates via WhatsApp or email at key stages (Processing → Production → Ready for Dispatch).

  • We kindly request customers to avoid frequent follow-up calls before the estimated delivery date. Any urgent concerns can be addressed via WhatsApp.

  • Calls will be scheduled for necessary discussions only. Unnecessary phone queries will be directed to WhatsApp for quick responses.

4. Delivery & Follow-Up Guidelines

  • The expected delivery timeline is clearly mentioned during order confirmation. Please refrain from asking for early delivery.

  • Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking details.

  • Any installation or additional service requests must be communicated in advance and may be chargeable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless there is an issue from our side.

  • In case of defects or damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
