Q1. How much area does one curtain panel cover?

A: One standard curtain panel covers approximately 22 inches (1.8 feet) in width when pleated. For full coverage with gathers, we recommend using 2.5 to 3 times the width of your window.

Q2. How many curtain panels do I need for one window?

A: For a standard 4-foot wide window, you'll typically need 2 panels (each 22–24 inches wide after pleating). For wider windows or more gathers, 3 or more panels may be needed.

Q3. What is the standard length of curtains?

A: We offer curtain lengths of 5 ft, 7 ft, 9 ft, and custom lengths. You can choose the one that suits your window or door height.

Q4. How do I calculate how many meters of fabric I need?

A: As a rough estimate:

For 1 panel: You need about 2.5 meters of fabric (without lining).
For 1 window (4 ft wide): You’ll need 5 to 6.5 meters.
Exact fabric need depends on pleat type and fabric width.

Q5. What width of fabric do you use for curtains?

A: We use both 54-inch (137 cm) and 108-inch (274 cm) wide fabrics. Wider fabrics reduce the number of joints/seams.
